Philippa Hobart

Philippa Hobart is a Classic Purple Bearded Iris. It is has a distinctive mulberry colour and is named after Philippa Hobart from Blickling in Norfolk. Subtle shades of purple redolent of 17th Century. This iris is a great addition to your colour palette.

Bred by Bryan Dodsworth, and part of his amazing legacy of unregistered seedlings. Yet to be registered. Pale mulberry self, with distinctive veining on the falls. Red beard fading to pale mulberry at the tip. Height 40” (104cm)
