The bulk of our irises are sent out bare rooted in in the period from July/October. This is the norm within the trade. In response to requests from our Customers we are currently investigating ways that would allow irises to be despatched by Courier throughout the year in 9cm/1L pots. Delivery would be within 48 hours of despatch.
We believe that this will provide added flexibility and within reason, and subject to decent planting conditions, allow irises to be planted and established at various points in the year.
This will not preclude the current Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service from being used as and when this proves more suitable

We hope to make the delivery information as clear and understandable as possible. Our website will automatically total delivery charges for delivery within the UK; should the charges not be suitable to you we would suggest you do not proceed with your order.
We reserve the right to change any part, or all, of our delivery prices, at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel delivery availability to any area or address at any time. A change of delivery information on our web site shall constitute notification of change.
In the event that you have placed an order with us and we change all or any part of our delivery terms, including pricing, delivery area, we will contact you. We will allow you to either accept the change/s or cancel all or part of your order. We may ask for your instructions in writing, which includes email.
In the event of cancellation of all or part of your order we will of course reimburse funds due for the cancelled plant/s and/or good/s together with the delivery charge/s paid by you but shall not be liable to you in connection with any contract, in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data that you or your business may suffer.
With our guaranteed Royal Mail next day (after dispatch) delivery service, it is unlikely that a carrier will leave the parcel/s if no one is present. Where possible we will contact customers and advise anticipated delivery dates. If no one is present to take delivery, a card will be left informing you that delivery has been attempted, and explaining where the package can be collected.

The prices quoted on the website are for delivery to UK mainland only. Please contact us to discuss cost effective delivery charges outside UK.
